• You may choose your plan as per your goal and current medical condition. For more guidance, feel free to reach out to us over WhatsApp.
• Once you have paid the fees for your selected plan, kindly allow us some time and remain patient. We will get back to you with confirmation and relevant further details.
• Our plans are designed for general wellness, sustainability, and lifestyle improvement. However, we do not guarantee specific results. Results may vary from person to person depending on metabolism, medical condition, consistency, lifestyle, sleep, stress levels, and adherence to the plan.
• For best results, clients are expected to follow the provided diet plans, routines, and guidelines sincerely.
• Our working hours are strictly between 11 AM IST to 7 PM IST.
• All Sundays will be considered non-working days.
• Any queries raised outside working hours will be resolved during working hours only.
• All communication, updates, and support will be provided through WhatsApp Chat only.
• We have fixed slots every month; hence, plans cannot be started on random dates. Slots are allotted on a first come, first serve basis.
• After enrollment, you will receive your plan according to your allotted slot and schedule.
• To track your progress, please share daily meal photos and weekly weight updates if requested. Failure to provide updates may delay further guidance or plan modifications.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining consistency and following the routine independently. We may not be able to provide reminder calls regularly.
• Please notify us via WhatsApp Chat for any adjustments needed in the provided diet plan. Necessary changes will be made wherever possible.
• Due to the focus on structured results, customization options may be limited, and not all cuisines or preferences can be substituted.
• Clients may schedule consultation calls if included in their selected plan. Appointments must be booked in advance.
• Once you are enrolled with us, the services are considered redeemed.
• Amount once paid is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Kindly do not request refunds or transfers.
• In unavoidable circumstances, the plan may be placed on hold and resumed within the validity period only if approved by our team.
• Plan once enrolled cannot be extended beyond the selected end date under any circumstances. Kindly ensure you complete the program within the allotted duration.
• We maintain a respectful and positive environment. Any abusive language, misconduct, harassment, or disrespect towards team members may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
• All information shared by clients including health details, contact information, progress photos, and personal data will be kept confidential and used only for consultation, communication, and service-related purposes.
• We do not sell, share, or misuse client personal information with third parties without consent, except where legally required.
